NEW ARRANGEMENTS FOR STUDENTS SELECTED TO JOIN FIRST YEAR STUDIES DURING ACADEMIC YEAR 2012/2013

           The University of Dodoma will commence its First Semester for 2012/13 academic year on

13^th October 2012.Orientation week will begin on Monday 15^th October 2012.ALL FIRST YEAR Students quested therefore,to report starting from SATURDAY 13^TH OCTOBER 2012. 

         The venue for Reporting and Reception will be IN THE RESPECTIVE COLLEGES as indicated  below:

           On reporting, each student shall be required to present the following documents:

1. ORIGINAL Form 4 certificate
2. ORIGINAL Form 6 certificate (except those who completed in 2012, result slips will be accepted)
3. ORIGINAL Birth certificate (Affidavits will not be accepted).
4. Bank payment receipts for Tuition and Direct costs (includes accommodation)

IMPORTANT NOTICE 21/08/2012 PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES AND DIRECT COSTS: ALL UDOM STUDENTS (FIRST YEAR AND CONTINUING STUDENTS) ARE REQUIREDTO PAY TUITION FEES AND DIRECT COSTS FOR THE 2012/2013 ACADEMIC YEAR BY 30TH SEPTEMBER 2012. STUDENTS WHO WILL FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THIS NOTICE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER FOR 2012/2013 ACADEMIC YEAR, WHICH IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN ON SECOND WEEK OF OCTOBER 2012. CONTINUING STUDENTS WITH OUTSTANDING BALANCE ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THEIR DUES BY 15TH SEPTEMBER 2012.   STUDENTS SHOULD COME WITH THEIR BANK DEPOSIT SLIPS ON REPORTING.
